Beach Workout for the football boys tomorrow at Sherwood’s (Waimanalo Bay).

It’s the beach before Bellows. Soon as you pass the McDonalds on the right hand side of the road you should see a fence line with ironwood trees. Take the entrance into that area, the sign says Waimanalo Bay. That’s the beach we call Sherwood’s. We’ll be located next to the lifeguard stand near the main restroom.

Practice from 8-10am. Bring surf trunks and see you guys tomorrow.
